Why Mindfulness
Founded in 2019, Juliet Turns the Page Consultancy L.L.C. (JTTP) was created with a simple but powerful intention: to bring healing, clarity, and calm into the spaces we live, learn, and work. Through heart-centered and research-informed practices, our approach is rooted in the principles of mindfulness. Mindfulness, the practice of bringing full awareness to the present moment with openness, curiosity, and compassion, teaches us to meet our experiences without judgment, to stay grounded amid uncertainty, and to respond rather than react. At its core, mindfulness is about learning to be fully here—so we can live, lead, and connect with greater clarity and care.
Blending the tools of mindfulness and meditation and life coaching, our methodology gently guides individual and groups toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and lasting transformation.

Our Focus
The Pillars of Mindfulness
At Juliet Turns the Page, our work is rooted in the core pillars of mindfulness—principles that gently guide our path toward healing and clarity:

Presence
Returning to the here and now with openness and curiosity.

Compassion
Meeting ourselves and others with kindness, especially in moments of struggle.

Non-judgment

Acceptance
Observing thoughts and feelings without labeling them as good or bad.
Allowing things to be as they are, without resistance or denial.

Letting Go
Releasing what no longer serves us, to make space for what’s next.
